I am not your rolling wheels, I am the highway

So we're going on a road-trip.  Is this the part where I start chanting "RoadTrip!!!", smashing cans of beer over my head and giving a secret wink translating to what-happens-on-the-road-trip-stays-on-the-road-trip?  Watch this space.

We decided that we'd have a little adventure across Europe.  And why the heck not.  The Polish wedding that I've been looking forward to for many months is now almost upon us and to save on flight related dramas we're driving.  Next week we will pack up our car, adjust our head scarves and flee for the hills....or just to Dover for the ferry to Calais.

So we drive through France, Germany and then into Poland.  We'll stop somewhere in Germany, depending on the hotel/motel/holiday inn scenario that reveals itself.

My dad is giving me a list of items which they want from the UK as it's been a whilst since anyone visited them by car.  I have visions of being thrown in a cell at border control whilst they search through our box of treats, only to discover tea bags and various preserves.

We need to get some music together for the trip.  Any ideas?

Still not sure what to wear for the wedding.  It's going to be September so probably still warm in Warsaw but it feels like it's more Autumn now.

Autumn is my absolute favourite time of year, although after it's finished raining and it's just sunny crisp days where I can wear tights and snuggle up with a big coat and plenty of scarf/hat combos.

On my life long quest to find suitable accessories that make me look like a bear my little face did a big sunshine smile when I saw this:-

Complete with hand paws and everything.
Although a tad pricy I think ModCloth had me in mind when they made this one.

I really wanted to get these ace-mazing shoes for it too:-

However, I have added them to my christmas list because I kind of ran out of time to order them and I don't have any 'dos' coming up when I get back to warrant the purchase.

One thing is for certain, I will not miss out on them, again, I think the design team at VW heard about my love for cherries - why else would they release such beauties?!

I'm thinking black eye-liner eyes and red lips with my lovely rose and skull hair clip from Yama Yama Pretty Mama which I haven't worn yet and some kind of dress which I haven't bought yet.

I spotted the most fantabulous lipsticks the other day from Paul and Joe:-

Cat faces!!!!  They look as if they might be a little too light for me, which would be ok if they're really glossy.  Will have to see if I can find them in the shops to have a try.

Anyway, better get on with some work.  Have a lovely day you crazy cakes.
